Our Rates
Always Home monthly rates are based on the number of guests and the minimum term.
Once an initial term is over; our guests may carry on month to month, with one month notice to extend or vacate on or before the last day of the month.
An example of this would be when a client’s work term was extended, or their new home build or house renovation took a little longer – no worries!
The home is yours until you no longer need it.
Included in your monthly rate is:
- ALL UTILITIES: Heat, Water, Electric
- Wireless Internet
- Television: Cable, Digital or Satellite
- Weekly Garbage and Compost Removal
- Weekly Recycling Removal
- Lawn and yard maintenance (pet restriction may apply)
Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and move-out cleans are all available upon request for an additional fee and scheduling can be arranged prior to move-in and included in your rental agreement; or after you are settled.
We work with experienced, insured local companies who offer all our guest discounted rates.
Typical monthly rates start at:
1 bedroom $1675+
2 bedroom $1675+
3 bedroom $2275+
4 bedroom $2975+
5 bedroom $3275 +
Definition of term of stay:
Short term: 2 – 3 months
Mid range: 4 – 6 months
Long term: 1 year
Our rates depend on:
- Number of guests
- Length of initial term (2 month minimum, no maximum…some of our guests have been with us 3 years+)
- Special requests: Cleaning, Pet Friendly
